About this house rental
3 bedrooms, full bath, open kitchen/dining area and a nice size living room with a patio door to the waterside deck. Lake Alice/WI River offers all water sports including great fishing. Snowmobile and ATV trails run right by the property and you are in close proximity to 1, 000's of acres of Paper Company lands. Take a boat ride up the river, pontoon cruise the lake or hook up a trophy walleye. Lots of places to stop on the lake for dining and cocktails. 2 kayaks on property with life preservers to use. Pontoon, kayak and canoe rentals down the road. Public boat launch 1/4 mile down the road. There is a fire pit in the backyard.

Amazing and relaxing spot. We come every year and it is always a great stay. Pretty private spot no real noise or bother some neighbors. Pretty close to town. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Great spot along the water. Loved being able to use the kayaks and grill, plus bonus points for having plenty of sleeping space! Would definitely stay again
