You can reach the Landhaus Friedrichshain via a small side road branching off from Norderstrasse; it is quietly situated directly behind the Friedrichshain woods in Westerland. You can access the “Emil Nolde” apartment through the main entrance, directly from the hallway.
There is a cozy guest restroom in the entryway.
In the separate kitchen, you can cook to your heart’s content. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, 1 Nespresso capsule machine, 1 filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment.
The bright and spacious living area offers plenty of room for four people. A lovely dining area and a cozy sitting area with a fireplace invite you to relax with a glass of wine.
Step directly from the living area onto the patio with aluminum patio furniture, or take just a few more steps into the communal garden to enjoy the sun when the weather is nice.
On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a shower with a toilet. The sauna, which is visible from here, is currently unavailable.
