About this apartment rental
Your "Orphée" apartment is truly special: you'll love not only its location near the beach but also its spot right in the heart of the village. You’ll be amazed the moment you step inside: a ceiling height of approximately 4 meters creates a fantastic living atmosphere—cozy and very airy, “above the rooftops of Wenningstedt.” Your accommodations are, of course, elegantly and high-quality designed as well. And the well-conceived luxury bathroom, with its antique-style plastered walls, even surprises with a wall-mounted radio and an XL shower.
Floor plan: Luxury apartment in a prime location in Wenningstedt. Approx. 50 sqm of living space in the attic for up to 2 people.
Attic: Impressive living area that feels exceptionally airy thanks to its high ceilings—elegant and very tastefully designed. A well-thought-out lighting concept that creates beautiful lighting effects with stunning designer fixtures. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and radio with iPod dock. Open-concept luxury kitchen with dishwasher, microwave/oven combo, induction cooktop, and Nespresso machine. Beautiful west-facing balcony with patio furniture (available from approximately April through October).
A cozy bathroom designed by accomplished interior designers, featuring a large shower, walls finished with an antique-style plaster (in the “Champagne” shade—very elegant!), a toilet, and a washing machine. The wall-mounted/flush-mounted radio lets you start your day on a cheerful note with your favorite radio station.
The double bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm, separated), a flat-screen TV, and plenty of closet space—all beautifully and functionally integrated into the room by a skilled carpenter.
Sauna area in the basement of the residence (shared by all guests). Parking.
