Beautiful, spotlessly clean, well equipped Villa, super comfortable beds, hot water takes time but is plentiful. Super sun loungers, although the rest of the outdoor furniture is less so, parasols are in need of replacing as two were unusable.Great hosts, very helpful and always quick to respond. The large heated pool is amazing, pump/heating did stop working briefly, however this was quickly resolved by the pool maintenance man the same day. Only access to the pool is via the Spiral Staircase and with the lounge/kitchen being on the top floor, it does make eating/drinking outside challenging, but helped to keep us fit during our stay. Located in a very quiet, residential area at the top of a huge hill, the view is breathtaking and watching the sunset is incredible. We hired a car, which we felt was needed, walking down to Town is doable, thanks to many, many steps (402!) but walking back is not for the faint hearted! Uber were super quick, a little pricey, but taxis easy to find. Unfortunately, the property next door is being completely renovated, at times the noise levels were considerable, so too was the dust, as during our stay the builders were using a pneumatic drill to remove the balustrade on the balconies. Whilst this is totally out of the Owners control, this wasn’t ideal and did effect our stay, hence why some scores are 4. Otherwise a wonderful, relaxing stay and would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a bit of luxury and comfort away from it all.

Beautiful views, villa living area is open and spacious. The pool is great and although only 10m is suitable for exercise swimming as well as general use, a big plus for us. The Siam Park and Mall are only minutes drive away which was great. Easy access into the town area and seafronts.

This is a super big villa but really not right to rent for holidays. This appears to be a home that is rented out. Not enough wardrobe and drawer space as most were locked with owners possessions. We go on holiday and take nice clothes to go out every night, 2 out of 4 had to live out of a suitcase. Not good enough. The kitchen is a very dated small place, the plate rack was so high up only my son could reach it and we are all 5'7 plus tall. Only 1 wine glass, drawers with utensils in were dirty and it reslly was not to my standard of a holiday villa. The pool was dirty when we arrived. Not happy at all however i will add when i contacted the owner. She was sad to hear about things and got the pool cleaned which stayed nice for the rest of the stay, she also offeted to bring hladses and clean drawers. The villa had reviews about needing updating but i thought that it would have been done. However not, it needs attention. As people who stay in really nice villad, this was not for is at all.
