This family-friendly accommodations are located in the Residence Rosa dei Venti vacation complex. The vacation village is situated not far from Cecina. A charming little town that introduces you to Italian culture and also hosts a traditional Italian market once a week. The beach is accessible through a pine forest, making the resort ideal for families. The numerous amenities and well-maintained grounds make this an ideal place to stay for your vacation. In addition to a children’s pool, the complex features a large swimming pool with massage jets and a waterfall, a great playground, and a mini-club/entertainment program for children. An entertainment program for adults is also provided, and the complex offers a wide variety of sports activities as well as a restaurant and a bar. Coin-operated washers and dryers are also available to guests.
The Ponente accommodation sleeps up to 6 people and is very modern and nicely furnished. It consists of a master bedroom with a double bed on the first floor and a children’s room with two single beds on the first floor. Two additional sleeping spaces are available in the living room, which features a comfortable sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and includes a stove, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There are two bathrooms: one on the first floor with a shower, toilet, and sink, and one on the first floor with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play in the playground, the garden, or by the pool. A TV is also available. Barbecuing is permitted at the public barbecue areas. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.

Just under 600 meters away, you can reach the beautiful beach through a small pine forest. The sandy beach slopes gently into the water, making it well-suited for families with children. Guests also have access to many sports activities, such as windsurfing and kitesurfing. The beach is the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to enjoy one of the many sports activities.
POOL
Vacationers have access to a large pool with spacious sunbathing areas, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. The resort also features a sandy section where children can play and adults can relax and enjoy a beach-like atmosphere. There’s a lovely children’s wading pool for the little ones. For adults, there are massage jets and a waterfall.

During the mid- and high seasons, a group of experienced activity leaders will gently liven up your stay. Every day, there are rotating soccer, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and game tournaments. The team also organizes gymnastics and other classes. For younger children, there’s a mini-club. There’s also a playground and a small amusement park. Your children will have the opportunity to take center stage in evening performances. Every evening, cabaret shows, game nights, and guest nights are organized, followed by a disco and/or dance evenings. Those who want to stay active have a wide range of options.
