Set across two levels, the home offers two inviting living areas, including a relaxed media lounge, giving everyone room to gather or enjoy some quiet time. Natural light fills the open-plan interiors, while sweeping views across the Coral Sea and Whitsunday Islands create a beautiful backdrop. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort in every season.



The well-equipped kitchen flows into the dining area and out onto an entertainer's balcony, where an outdoor kitchen and BBQ set the scene for leisurely meals overlooking the water. Across the breezeway, the private infinity plunge pool invites refreshing dips against a spectacular coastal backdrop, with bifold doors opening into the second living area for easy indoor-outdoor relaxation. A secluded rear courtyard offers another peaceful spot to enjoy the tropical surroundings.



Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms provide restful retreats, each with its own bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in robe, spacious ensuite and private balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee with ocean views. The second bedroom offers a king bed, while the third has a queen bed, both with private bathrooms and captivating coastal outlooks.



A separate guest powder room, fully equipped laundry and Wi-Fi add everyday convenience, while parking for two cars makes exploring the Whitsundays easy. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal passing traffic, the home offers a peaceful setting to return to after a day of coastal adventures.



Please note that construction is currently underway at a neighbouring property, and some noise may be experienced during your stay. As the building works are managed independently, Whitsunday Holiday Rentals has no control over the construction schedule or associated noise.



Guest Access:

Tucked into a peaceful hillside neighbourhood, this home offers a relaxed coastal setting with sweeping views towards the Coral Sea. Airlie Beach's cafés, restaurants and bars are a short drive away, while the town centre and beach are more than a 30-minute walk from the property. Spend time swimming at Airlie Beach Lagoon, strolling the Bicentennial Walkway or enjoying waterfront dining at Coral Sea Marina. Port of Airlie is a gateway to island ferries and Whitsunday adventures. With the property's elevated position, a car is recommended for exploring the area comfortably. Local taxis and tour transfers provide additional transport options.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Airlie Beach and the surrounding Whitsunday region, as the property's elevated hillside location makes walking into town less convenient. Airlie Beach's cafés, restaurants, shops and waterfront attractions are a short drive away, with parking available for two vehicles at the property. Taxis and local transfer services are available for getting around without a car, while many Whitsunday tours offer transfers from designated pick-up points. Port of Airlie and Coral Sea Marina are the main departure points for island cruises, sailing trips and Great Barrier Reef adventures. Whitsunday Coast Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night).



Strictly no pets, no schoolies groups, no hens or bucks, no large groups/gatherings - just relaxing holidays!
