About this house rental
Summary:
A romantic room on the third floor of the tower house, with an enclosed veranda opening onto a spectacular sea view. 27 sqm, for 2 guests.
The Space:
Double bedroom with a fridge and Nespresso machine in the room. The private enclosed veranda is also the access point to the bathroom with shower — an original, authentically Ligurian layout, with instant hot water. Air conditioning.
Guest Access:
Third floor with fairly steep stairs — worth considering for anyone with mobility concerns. The bathroom's veranda-integrated layout is charmingly authentic but may not suit everyone. Can be combined with the other Ventu de Ma units for up to 6 guests, and with nearby Unda de Ma for up to 11.
The Neighborhood:
In the heart of Vernazza, the starting point for the Cinque Terre's panoramic trails, right below the property.
Getting Around:
The train station is a few minutes' walk. Public car park above the village for drivers (about 1,200 metres from the pedestrian area), shuttle and a short walk to our office (about 5 minutes).
Other Things to Note:
Small and medium-sized dogs welcome for a supplement.
We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk and sugar. Bed and bath linen included with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout.
Our concierge office in Vernazza is open 9:30am-7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Assisted check-in 3:00pm–7:00pm, late check-in 7:00pm–10:00pm, with a €50 supplement only if assisted check-in is requested: past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the villages fall quiet with no one around who could really help anyway.

Stay was great. Shower and bathroom space is small, but, that was expected. Must climb lots of stairs to get to room. This was also expected. Overall, great stay.

Small room but a fantastic view over the ocean! Access to washer and clothesline. The room is up several flights of stairs so be mindful of physical limitations/accessibility.
