About this apartment rental

The Ibiscus Beach Village, located in Loc. Pratoranieri in the Gulf of Follonica, is a complex of 31 two-room villas nestled within a pine forest just a short walk from the sea.

The two-room apartments, measuring approximately 32 square meters, consist of a double bedroom, a living room with two single beds, a gas kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a furnished outdoor patio complete with a safety gate.
All apartments are brick-built, located on the first floor, and feature a private entrance.
Each apartment comes equipped with an initial supply of bed linens and towels, kitchenware, a TV, air conditioning, and a heat pump.
Each apartment has one covered parking space on the premises.

Apartments are available that are accessible for people with disabilities.
The maximum occupancy is 4 people, including infants and/or small children, even if they are in a crib.

The private beach is located directly in front of the resort. Entirely sandy with a gently sloping seabed, it is equipped with all the amenities to best accommodate adults and children.
Given its layout, the beach is ideal for families with young children, people with limited mobility, and people with disabilities.
Each apartment includes a beach station comprising 1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, and 1 beach lounger.
The beach also features a ramp providing access for wheelchair users.

In addition to the beach, the resort offers entertainment for adults and children alike, including 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, a playground, a mini-golf course, and a multipurpose field.

The newly built restaurant is available to anyone who would like to enjoy meals during their stay.
For those who love a relaxing atmosphere, our bar, “Quel Posticino Lì,” is the ideal place to spend evenings accompanied by light music, tasty platters, and refreshing drinks.

Strategically located, the resort is the perfect starting point for exploring the Maremma’s most beautiful parks, such as the Tomboli Nature Reserve, the Montioni Nature Park, the Sterpaia Park (a WWF oasis), the Biancane Park in Monterotondo Marittimo, the Gavorrano Mining Park, and the San Silvestro Archaeological Mining Park, among many others. In addition to its beautiful nature reserves and parks, the Maremma is home to some of Italy’s most picturesque villages, such as Suvereto, Bolgheri, Massa Marittima, Sorano, Pitigliano, Talamone, and Castiglione della Pescaia. From these towns, you can set out on excursions and mini-cruises to explore the Tuscan Archipelago.
