Located in Les Clefs at 735 m altitude in the mountains, just 3 km from Thônes and close to the ski resorts of Manigod, the Beauregard Nordic area, La Clusaz, and Lake Annecy, this 100 m² apartment with step-free access offers a fantastic view of the Alps. Free shuttles are available in winter and summer. A grocery store with local products is 5 minutes away. You have a private entrance and a large wooden terrace. No neighbors. Free private parking for several cars.
The property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area, three large bedrooms with skylights, a walk-in shower, and separate toilets, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include high-speed satellite internet and a large flat-screen smart TV. A baby bed, baby bath, and high chair are provided free of charge, along with books, games, and toys. Beds are made on arrival. Towels are not provided.
Enjoy a private outdoor area surrounded by fields, an open-air terrace, and a charcoal barbecue. The small building in front of the house is a bread oven. Both a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto pod machine are available. A tennis court and pétanque field are a 15-minute walk away. Hiking and snowshoe trails start right from the property.
