Welcome to our cozy, clean and peaceful townhome we call Ocean Oasis. Located just steps away from the beach and front-row views to rocket launches! Stay comfortably in Cape Canaveral at this 2-bedroom townhome. This fully renovated property features 1 king bed downstairs in the primary bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the upstairs loft. Both floors have a full bathroom. The kitchen was just renovated with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, while the upstairs boasts luxury vinyl plank flooring. The entire home was freshly painted to ensure a clean/comfortable stay! This is a fully equipped home and has everything you need for a relaxing stay! Amenities include: Full size washer/dryer, a well appointed kitchen, Weber gas grill, 3 beach cruisers, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach cart. You will also find a peaceful setting in the back yard with plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day exploring the space-coast and beaches! Visit nearby attractions like Port Canaveral, The Cove, The Pier, Jetty Park and a variety of local restaurants. If you are looking to make a day at a theme park in Orlando or catch a flight from Orlando International Airport, we are about an hour away. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our townhome. While we love all furry friends, no cats, please.
