It has over 1400 sq ft of living area, 3 bedrooms (1 king room, 1 queen room with 1 twin, 1 full room with 2 twin beds), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a basement with washing machine, dryer, a log effect gas fire, central air conditioning / heating throughout, hardwood floors, Smart TV and wi-fi access. Convenient location, just minutes from Hobart & William Smith College, National Parks, Belhurst Castle, Geneva on the Lake, Geneva Farmer's Market, Geneva Country Club and the Finger Lake Wine & Beer Trails. 25 Minutes from del Lago Casino, Premium Outlets, Women’s Rights National Historical Park. A group of 7 of us stayed the night before the prestigious Seneca 7 race. It was absolutely perfect for our stay and we look forward to staying again. The views from the bedrooms and living room were amazing. There were 7 mattresses total so everyone had the luxury of a comfy, solo bed. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. Lastly, the price for that number of beds and 2 full baths was a steal!

House was very clean and comfortable. Stayed 4 nights. Large yard to walk dogs. Beautiful sunrises over the lake.

Didn't get into property until almost 5 pm due to cleaners still being there. There was a picnic ant problem in the kitchen.
