About this house rental
The Pop-Top is the ideal get away for a couple, a friends trip or for a small family. This pet-friendly 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit sleeps 4 and is just a 3 minute walk to the beach!
Features include; a full kitchen, washer and dryer, flat screen TVs and Rokus so can log into your preferred streaming platform and keep up with your favorite shows.

The cottage is situated at the corner of 10th and Pine. So it’s quiet but just a few minutes from the beach, island restaurants or Bay Front Park for kayaking, grilling and picnics or enjoy dinner and sunset on the covered front porch!
**The upstairs unit is also a vacation rental. There are separate entrances, clearly marked parking, full kitchen and washer and dryer for each unit. The outdoor shower is shared.

Small but cozy and just enough for a weekend getaway for parents with a young adult couple. Location in great. Loved the front and back porches definitely added ambiance. The upstairs is rented as well so if you are not a morning person, you will get woke up by the loud noises from those walking above. Also the door lock needs to be changed, it would not work easily. If you are wanted to cook a lot this is not the place for that. Overall great location and it was all we needed for our stay.

The hot water in the shower did not work despite asking and emailing beforehand because I saw previous comments.

Clean and bed comfortable and nice outside areas. Fairly easy walk to beach access. Quite street. Kitchen is bare minimum with cheap plastic plates and no vent over stove so smoke alarm went off cooking hamburgers. Hot water runs out within a few minutes no time to lather , shampoo and rinse.
