Clean, tidy, great location 10mins to tram, quiet, great and helpful staff!

Great location and facilities. Incredibly welcoming and friendly reception staff. Small, but perfect for one person staying for a week.
Pipes in the shower squealed. Lounge too close to the TV (could do with a smaller TV due to the small space). Though other people might not mind this.

Very close to Surfers Paradise, only a short walk over the bridge and close to the local cafes and shops.
Air conditioner was good
Safety was good.
Car park was good and handy
The street was really quiet
The lady at the reception was so lovely
Not enough plug spaces in the unit, only one in the kitchen and one near the dining table (byo extension cords and power boards)
The bathroom taps were extremely creaky.
There were a couple or more German roaches around the unit.
Lighting in the unit wasn't great at night times.
