Vacation Rental 18-6 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.
Your vacation apartment, “Kairos,” a 4-room apartment, is decorated in warm colors. It is located on the 1st floor of Building 18 and has 68 m² of living space spread across two floors: living and dining area, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and three bedrooms. The balcony faces southeast. The beach is about 250 meters away.
From the furnished, sunny balcony, you’ll enjoy a sweeping view, as the house is located on the edge of the resort. Your cozy, equally sunny living room is furnished with a dining table for 6 people and a comfortable upholstered seating area. For your enjoyment, there’s also a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, stereo system, games, DVDs, and—for bookworms—a selection of books.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. So nothing stands in the way of preparing culinary delights. The entryway, living room, and kitchen area feature designer flooring.
On the lower level, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. An internal staircase leads to the two upper bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The rooms provide a quiet retreat for rest and relaxation, even during the day. All bedrooms have carpeted floors. The windows can be darkened with roller shades.
The shower room has two sinks with vanity cabinets; the toilet is separate.
Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in House 18. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the basement. Your apartment is assigned a parking space in the immediate vicinity of the house. The complex includes a small playground.
Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade). Wir waren rundum zufrieden, durch den kleinen Spielplatz direkt vor der Wohnung konnten die Kinder ihren Bewegungsdrang auch alleine ausleben und wir hatten über den Balkon Sichtkontakt. Die Wohnung bot ausreichend Platz, sodass es die Möglichkeit gab gemeinsam zu spielen aber jeder auch seinen Rückzugsort hatte. In der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst, es war sogar ein Mixer für den Geburtstagskuchen da.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub in einer gut ausgestatteten, grossen und gemütlichen Wohnung in einer schönen Wohnanlage, die relativ günstig zum nahen Strand gelegen ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder.
