If this incredible home comes up in your search area and it’s available, GRAB IT!! I can’t say enough good things not only of the home itself (beautiful, relaxing, peaceful, perfection) but of the owners who were the most hospitable, welcoming, and responsive owners I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve stayed at many homes through sites like this. This home has everything you need and is just as described. As soon as we opened the door, we knew we didn’t go wrong. Not only that but Jillian went out of her way to load up a welcome basket with all sorts of goodies including local ipas which she went on the hunt for after asking in advance what we like to drink if anything (wine, beer). I mean who does that? These people do!!! Seriously, this home was fantastic between the huge open living/dining/kitchen area to the master bedroom which was awesome. Hot Tub, lawn games, barbecue grill, deck furniture, large tv screens, and the quiet/private space… incredible. Absolutely loved it as you can tell. Great base to adventure from (which we did every day) and return to. Thanks for everything Jillian and Rocco!!

Fabulous stay for a long weekend at Sunday River. The house is about a 20 minute drive from the slopes and a welcome return after a long day skiing. We loved the hot tub and cozying up by the fire. Very impressed by the extensive amenities and organization. And, comfy beds!

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home which is exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean, had many nice amenities, and is situated on a very large a secluded lot which we really liked. We also loved exploring the very charming town of Bethel. It was overall a very fun and relaxing stay and we will definitely be back!
