The 56 m² apartment has been designed to accommodate five people comfortably. At its heart is a bright living room with a kitchenette and access to the balcony. Two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds provide privacy, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a busy day. One of them features a dedicated workspace with a desk, making it easy to work comfortably on a laptop. The modern bathroom, complete with a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, ensures self-sufficiency, which is particularly useful during longer stays in the capital.
The Neighborhood:
Służewiec is a rapidly developing part of Warsaw, known for its modern office blocks. The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from Westfield Mokotów, which offers a variety of entertainment options and a cinema. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Służewiec Horse Racing Track to take part in interesting outdoor events. The well-connected neighbourhood makes getting around the capital’s streets on a daily basis simple and convenient for every visitor.
Getting Around:
There are bus and tram stops as well as a metro station near the apartment, making it easy to get around the area.
