On the 1st floor of the building, you’ll find a 2-room vacation apartment with a balcony facing southeast. Spanning approximately 49 m², the apartment features a living and dining area, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom, and a kitchen. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag vacation complex is approximately 400 m.
You can access the furnished balcony from the living room. The open-concept living and dining area is furnished with a sleeper sofa (140 x 190 cm) and a dining set that seats four. Entertainment options include a flat-screen TV, a radio with CD player, and a selection of books and games. The floor in the living area is covered with laminate.
A washing machine is also available in the separate kitchen. To prepare your favorite meals, you can use an oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and other kitchen utensils. The kitchen and bathroom areas are tiled.
The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. Curtains are hung at the windows. The bedroom floor is carpeted.

Matratze rechts zum Fenster hin: Sehr stark durchgelegen . Dringend Ersatz beschaffen! Fernbedienung für TV funktioniert nicht einwandfrei. Vermutlich Batterie leer. Ansonsten empfehlen wir die Unterkunft absolut weiter ! Da passt alles ! Auch der Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür und die F-ahrrad Bügel ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür - wirklich prima durchdacht! Wohnung gepflegt. Service super !Da wurde auf uns noch bis um 6 abends gewartet - zwecks Schlüssel-übergabe . Wirklich Service. Herzlichen Dank!

Die Wohnung ist soweit gut ausgestattet, aber bei genauerem Hinsehen bzw. Benutzen wird deutlich, dass einiges schon in die Jahre gekommen ist und erneuert bzw. repariert werden müsste, z.B. Fernseher, Fön, Badschrank. Die Lage ist super, Supermarkt und Ortsmitte in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
