About this apartment rental

Step into this beautifully furnished and newly decorated 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom unit featuring breath taking views of Sarasota's Intracoastal Bay. Enjoy this amazing view while sipping coffee in the morning watching the boats go by or while having dinner out on the screen enclosed lanai. This unit has been newly tiled throughout and has a spacious, open floor plan from the living room to the kitchen. You can enjoy the Bay view from the comfort of the living room, featuring new furniture, while also watching your favorite show on large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic kitchen needs, including a Keurig coffee maker and has been newly updated with stainless steel appliances. This unit comfortably sleep 6 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom and two full beds in the guest bedroom. Enjoy all the comforts of home with ample closet space in both bedrooms, flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player and flat TV?s in the master and guest bedroom and a washer and dryer inside the unit for your own personal use. You will also be able to enjoy cable TV, high-speed wireless internet and phone services. This unit in located on the Bay Side of the property in building 9 on the 2nd floor and is just a short walk to the pool, club house, fitness center, main office and to our private beach located just across the street. Great location! Loved the amenities. The pictures were a little deceiving with the kitchen, which needs some updating. Overall we had a wonderful time and were pleased with our stay! We will return to Midnight Cove next summer.
