I loved the room, the balcony and the surroundings. Had a little stroll around the estate and it was so beautiful!!! 🤩
The shampoo and conditioner could need a refill but I usually bring my own but on this occasion I sadly left mine behind. But other than that, no complaints.

The cottage was extremely neat and clean with a brilliant fireplace for that really cosy vibe, it was still very cool and rainy when we were there but that was fantastic for our short break away. The spa/bathroom was spacious and the hot water came on very quickly. There was a wedding on the Saturday afternoon and apart from the other parked cars, we couldn't hear them, would not have known it was going on. Terrific venue.
Nothing to fault the facilities, they were very well considered and planned out. Will be very happy to both recommend the place and to visit there again when we next want a break away in the countryside.

We liked the bed, it was a great size and the comfort level was high. The tap water was great - tank and filtered, spot on. The location was also good, back off the main drag and nice and quiet. Overall it was good but driving in looking at the standard being presented the cottages definitely didn't meet that.
It was the small things for us that took the shine off. We couldn't use the smart tv to watch a movie via apps, the toiletry dispensers barely worked so it was difficult to get conditioner and body wash in particular. The table on the patio was severely rusted and I caught my shirt on it when getting up. The windows above the door, even though it was beautiful watching the stars, it was way too bright when the sun came up to sleep. The parking for cottages would also be challenging if all parks were taken.
