About this apartment rental
On the first floor (no lift) of a 19th-century villa, you’ll find all the comforts and facilities you need for a pleasant stay in this lovely one-bedroom flat.
It comprises a combined living and dining area with a fitted kitchen, a lovely double bedroom with wooden flooring, a separate shower room and a separate toilet.
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are included
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as washing up, tidying away crockery or taking out the rubbish.
To access your accommodation, you can choose between:
- self-check-in: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located 450 metres from the station and a 15-minute walk from the property, or a 5-minute drive away; the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is ‘Sécurité Sociale’ (lines 2 and 8).
- a face-to-face check-in: in this case, you’ll be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who’ll show you round the flat and hand over the keys.

Kereden 1 "Cozy appartment
🙂 Beautiful and complete appartment. It had everything we needed: well equipped kitchen, very confortable.bed, free parking behind or in front of the building, privacy and peace. It is almost in front of the beach, so, although it is not so close to the walled city, it was a great pleasure to walk there, seeing the vast sea, long and wide beaches, hearing the waves... we would definetely stay here again
🙁 I and my wife couldn't adjust the position of the shower. So we had to shower holding the hose. But it's a really nice bathroom. I suggest just fixing this."

Kereden 1 We loved our stay at this apartment. Just outside the walls so about 10/15 minutes walk along the sea front. Theres a couple of restaurants and coffee shops close by if you don’t fancy heading into the town. The apartment itself was lovely, very comfortable and spacious. Perfect for two.
