About this villa rental
Situated in the peaceful area of the island of Čiovo, with it s breathtaking sea view, Villa Mirjana provides perfect holiday retreat on a superb position, first row to the sea and beach.
Modernly designed and furnished with all the necessary comforts, the interior of the villa extends over an area of 380 m2. The villa is set within a spacious garden abounding with Mediterranean plants and consists of main house (250 m2, 4 ensuite bedrooms) and separated garden apartment (100 m2, 2 ensuite bedrooms). The Villa boasts an outdoor pool with jacuzzi, fabulous BBQ area and spacious sunny terrace perfect for lazy summer evenings with a glass of local wine!
There is also a Games Room with table tennis, billiards and darts, fitness room and 2 kayaks for all those wishing an active holiday and sauna for the ones looking for genuine relaxation.
The Villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with LCD satellite and a Wi-Fi connection, it has 6 en suite bedrooms and can accommodate 12 persons comfortably. There is a private parking for 4 vehicles; 2 of which in the garage and 2 on the private parking behind the villa.
The house is surrounded by a wonderful fully enclosed private plot and it offers relaxing holidays in peace and privacy. All the conveniences are at just a few minutes walking distance; just 100 m away you will find a market and 2 nice beach bars. At the distance of 150 m there are 3 restaurants where you can enjoy all the pleasures of local cuisine. This untouched part of the coast line offers miles and miles of walks around the island, small secluded beaches, fishing, snorkeling and diving.
Villa Mirjana is located on Ciovo Island, only 15 minutes drive from Split airport and 2 km from the historic, UNESCO protected town of Trogir. Trogir is reachable by bus or water taxi departing from nearby village, just 10 minutes walking distance from the villa. From the nearby Slatine village (3 km) you can get a ferry to Split which runs regullary from Slatine and Trogir as well.

We are so glad we found this beautiful villa for our multi-generation stay in Croatia. We couldn’t have hoped for a better home base for our exploration of the Dalmatian coast or for a more delightful host! From the time of our booking, Matko was extremely helpful in aiding us with our plans and making arrangements. We appreciated his periodic check-ins to help with the house but also to help us learn more about the sites and culture of Croatia. Checking in was super easy and the villa was immaculate upon arrival. We had everything we needed and there is a small market very close by where we could pick up essentials. There are three refrigerators on the property, helpful after making an American-style grocery run. The showers had the best water pressure and the tap water was cold and great for drinking. The outdoor spaces were the highlight for us, especially the pool and hot tub. However, the star of the outdoors was the gate opening directly to the sea. Yes, the beaches are rocky, but we kept our water shoes and floats handy, and enjoyed the sea daily. The views are magnificent!The location is great, there are wonderful restaurants that you can walk to and Split is easily accessible via ferry from Slatine. We used our own rental cars or drivers arranged by Matko to get to our desired destinations.We would love to return and next time, we’ll take Matko’s advice to stay for two weeks - one week to explore and one week to relax and enjoy this fantastic villa.

The best villa I have stayed in. Perfect location and a fantastic host ( Makto).I would totally recommend this villa to anyone. Loved the quality of the rooms and the facilities in the garden. I miss waking up with an unbelievably beautiful seaview through the palm trees...stunning. Makto is a lovely guy. So helpful. He arranged restaurant bookings, help us food shopping and transport down to the ferry.....really could not fault anything.

Beautiful property. Just as pictured but better! Matko the host is fantastic, made everything very easy for us. Perfect location for a large gathering that’s easy enough to go into Split.
