THE SPACE
The apartment is approximately 50 square meters; and opens into a large, well-ventilated living room with an open kitchen. Here you’ll find a beautiful kitchen equipped with a stovetop, a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, dishes, pots, and pans—in short, everything you need.
Also in the living room, there’s a nice extendable dining table that seats 5–6 people, a comfortable 3-seater sofa, and a TV.
From this area, you can also step out onto the balcony through a large French door that opens fully, so you can even eat outside if you’d like.
From one corner of the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea; you’ll see a beautiful panorama—not to mention the fantastic sunsets. If you love sunrises, I recommend you don’t miss one in the morning.
The new master bedroom has access to the second balcony, where you can sunbathe in peace.
