This place was out of this world beautiful. We chose the hotel as we wanted the luxury and the location - not too near the craziness of Naha. We had a car and wanted to explore. From the room, to the staff, to the food - everything was amazing. Special shout out to Gushiman on reception who went above and beyond when the kitchen forgot our breakfast boxes on the last day and he went out of his way to make sure we didn’t leave on n empty stomach at 6:30am!
I don’t think we fully appreciated the size of this hotel or the amount of children there would be here. As a couple travelling without kids it took us a bit by surprise. It didn’t impact our stay as we were out and about a lot but I’d imagine if you spent time around the pool it might not be what you’re looking for. Because of the size of the hotel breakfast could feel very busy and crazy. Highly recommend the deluxe or special club lounge rooms as it gives you access to the lounge area which was much quieter- you can also have breakfast there too - worth paying more for! As the hotel is not near anywhere you can’t really walk anywhere apart from the beach, so if you wanted to go for a meal outside it would be tricky. There is construction going on next door (Oct’26) so make sure to ask for a room away from that as will impact your view and enjoyment!

The room was spacious and ocean view was nice. Adriana at the front desk was lovely and helpful multiple occasions.
Over crowded, breakfast is included but unless you plan to only eat in the club lounge you are joining hour plus long wait lists or arriving by 645am to queue. Also there are many more children then any hotel I’ve ever stayed at, kids running up and down hallways at all hours, pressing every single button in the elevator with no parental control, and running into you anywhere you go. If you have kids I suppose this is a good place, but I highly recommend avoiding if you are not intending to travel with children.

Property was clean and comfortable
Breakfast was too crowded, food on the buffet was not being replenished, not enough staff to ensure everything was neatly replaced. Facility and food was not big enough for the amount of people, long waiting time to eat

There’s a lot of pools but close together so you can’t really tell there’s different pools. The pool is also warmed so if you like waddling in it, then it’s the best to be in and not feel cold
The location is far out from everything. It’s not that relaxing since all it is is the pool. There’s not much else to do. The hotel is also an older establishment. You really need a car to get around. It’s super busy too so it feels crowded. I like other places in Okinawa better.
