Welcome to your future haven of peace on the magnificent Giens Peninsula!
Located on the 1st floor, this beautiful T2 apartment of 45 m² fully air-conditioned is ideal for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. The real highlight? From the master bedroom, wake up every morning with a breathtaking view of the bay of Hyères.
The sleeping area is ideally configured to accommodate up to 4 people:
• Bedroom 1 (master): Equipped with a very comfortable Queen Size bed (160x200) with sea view.
• Bedroom 2: Equipped with 2 bunk beds, perfect for children or friends.
The apartment also includes a modern bathroom, a separate toilet and a complete equipment: washing machine, large fridge, microwave oven, toaster coffee maker and hob.

Take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate thanks to our outdoor facilities:
• The terrace with pergola: A shaded corner ideal for your moments of relaxation. It is also the only space on the property where smokers are kindly allowed to smoke.
• Outdoor Summer Kitchen & BBQ: Perfect for grilling and dining al fresco after a day at the beach.
• The Swimming Pool: Shared only with us (the owners), it is the perfect place to cool off or read a quiet book.

To allow you to discover the peninsula at your own pace, avoid parking worries and pick up bread in the morning, we provide you with free bicycles throughout your stay.
📍 An idyllic and strategic location
You are in the heart of paradise, with a unique "East/West" configuration:
• 800 metres to the west: The famous Almanarre beach, a world-famous spot for sunsets, kitesurfing and windsurfing.
• 800 metres to the east: The beach of La Badine, with shallow waters, ideal for family swimming.
• 1.5 km away: The Tour Fondue pier, a direct departure point for the sublime island of Porquerolles.
🏄 ♂️ Activities in the immediate vicinity
The paradise of water sports awaits you just a few steps away: windsurfing, kitesurfing, scuba diving, or boat rental (sailing or motor) to explore the secret coves of the peninsula.
🐾 Please note (Rules of Procedure)
• Pets: We have cheerful French Bulldogs at home ourselves. For reasons of good understanding and serenity on the property, we unfortunately cannot accept other pets.
• Smoking: The interior of the accommodations are strictly non-smoking. You can smoke exclusively outside, on the terrace under the pergola (ashtrays are at your disposal) while admiring the sunset.

Guests have full access to their private apartment on the 1st floor, the terrace, the summer kitchen as well as the pool area (shared with us).
