About this villa rental
Ground floor updated 2 bedroom, flat screen TV's, nice kitchen with granite counter tops with under mount sinks. Luxury flooring, Bathroom with frame-less glass enclosed shower, LED mirrors, nice. Beach and downtown right out your back door. Convienent 1 minute walk and your in the midst of fun and sun, restaurants, bars, ice creams shoppes, pet shops, fishing pier, everything just a minute away.

This property served the purpose of having a place to lay our heads at night. The location was a 10/10. The second bedroom with bunks was extremely small and the bottom bunk was not exactly usable as it was a very tight space. The kitchen was cute and clean. The floors overall could’ve/should’ve been cleaner in my opinion. Rob was extremely helpful for both situations that popped up. Check in was super simple . I also did not feel that the “laundry” area was up to par. Overall I would give this a 6/10.

Great spot for a stay in LBTS, literally steps from restaurants and beach. Rooms are nice and roomy, great water pressure for the shower! The host Wayne is great to talk to and responds to any questions. Highly recommended and we'll be back also!

Location was EXCELLENT! Rob and Wayne were such nice people, always asking if we needed anything. We felt very safe... The place just needs some repairs :)
