Cute and clean! Loved the back yard space. The bedroom is a bit tight with a queen sized bed you kind of have to shimmy your way out if you get out the side since the bed is so close to the wall on both sides so be aware if you are like me and are a bit groggy having to get up in the night to use the bathroom. Overall a great stay!

Quiet neighborhood, nice backyard. Only issue was the big windows looking into the shower , bathroom area. That needs to be covered up.

Great location. Close to some restaurants and coffee shops (2 blocks) but off the main road. Easy drive to Venice Beach area. We didn’t go towards downtown but probably easy to get to museums, etc. Not a big place if you want to hang out here all day but great for the evenings and mornings. Clean, comfortable and safe. Would stay here again.

Alex’s place was a great spot for my wife and I for a few weeks. We loved the location, being steps from Jackson Market and the sunny backyard. Alex was always responsive and helpful, we’d definitely stay again.
