We had a nice stay. Everything was clean . Five minutes uber ride to downtown .

The host was easy to chat with and fast to reply. The check in process was easy and stress free. There are some things that should be improved on. The property itself is old. There has been maintenance done to the unit to make it look more modern. However there is no central AC. There is 1 window AC that is not installed correctly. It was so hot in the unit when we arrived we turned all the fans to high and opened all of the windows. For comfort there should be 1 window AC in each bedroom. The screen on the porch door was broken and torn most of the way off. The lamp in the living room was sitting on something to make it taller and you couldn't turn it on unless it was plugged in. There were a handful of cute end table lamps but non of them worked because they needed to be charged. The large couch was seriously broken. It had four makeshift legs that if the couch moved would collapse under it. The couch bowed in the middle and the screws were popping out at the sides. The stairs for going up, a few were really loose and would move as you stepped. We did not shower while we were there because the shower looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned, the shower door is installed backwards so the handle is facing the wrong way. The drawers and cabinets had crumbs and debris in them. The mirrors were filthy & the walls throughout are stained. The ceiling upstairs is falling apart. She says a cleaning co comes but they don't do a great job. It was OK. Unfair for the cost.
