About this apartment rental
An apartment in a historic building constructed in 1930 by architect Aníbal González for the 1929 Ibero-American Exposition. Renovated in 2005. Very bright, quiet, and cozy. Fully equipped with all the amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Barrio de Santa Cruz and the city’s main monuments. Surrounded by bars, pharmacies, and supermarkets, so you’ll have everything you need during your vacation.

Property was nice and easy to get around town. Just about 10 -15 minute walk to old city.

This unit could have been cleaner. Corners of room had dust & dirt. Light bulbs were dusty. 2 bedroom, one room had queen bed, other had 2 twin beds. Beds were IKEA thin mattress and base. One large body pillow. Towels were very strange, did not dry. One plus, there was a clothes washer & dryer.

The apartment is nice and the host was very accommodating and responsive, which is appreciated. Beyond that though, the accommodations were unexceptional, average at best. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are worse. The couch cannot be used at all, it is very old and uncomfortable, I’ve seen better in college dorms. The TV is the size of a laptop. The colander in the kitchen is plastic which doesn’t inspire confidence when draining boiling water. There was no coffee apart from a 10 drip coffee machine. Overall the supplies were bare minimum. There was not even a bottle of water to drink when we arrived after a long journey. With Sevilla being the hottest city in Europe, that’s a basic thing that should be there to greet guests and I think is a good representation of the overall stay; lack of care or attention to details both minor and not so minor. There was no soap or shampoo to use either. The location required a minimum 15-20 minute walk to get anywhere. This place could be much better with just a little effort and investment on the part of the host. Get water for guests when they arrive. Get better kitchen supplies. Get better mattresses and pillows. Get a coffee machine with espresso pods. These few improvements would make a big difference.
