About this apartment rental
This unit has two bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and 1 with two twin beds. A great option for families! This 1st floor unit has a spacious, open concept living, dining and kitchen area with views of the Pilgrim Monument. Cute sitting porch in front that is a great people watching spot and a large, private screened porch in rear, with fold down table for al fresco dining or just enjoying the outdoors. Home features in unit laundry, fully stocked kitchen with dining area that can be expanded to accommodate up to 8 people. All linens provided.
Wireless internet connection throughout the unit and a desk/work space available in the main bedroom. Living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD stereo. A separate flat screen TV and DVD player are provided in the main bedroom.
In season, each of the bedrooms and the living/dining area have window air conditioners to keep you cool. The unit also has full baseboard, forced hot water heating system for the colder weather periods.
You can walk to virtually everything Ptown has to offer - restaurants, clubs, bars, shops, galleries, bay beaches - from this centrally located unit.
The unit has one assigned parking space right in front. Additional parking (for a fee in season) is available directly across the street.
The location is a short walk from where both of the 90 minute high speed ferry services dock on Macmillan Pier, during the season, to and from Boston. That means you won't even need a car to get here and you can avoid the lower cape and bridge area traffic getting on and off cape.

We loved it here! Host was very communicative and the place had everything we needed (and more). Loved the multiple keys (so we didn't lock ourselves out!), the attention to detail (bathroom hooks, cooking supplies, beach equipment!), and layout. Lots of room for our family of four (2 adults 2 littles). Felt friendly for everyone. Will be back!

Amazing location with easy walking distance to Commercial St. and easy parking for one car. Perfect amount of space for our family of four (two adults and two older kids). The condo was well-maintained, clean, comfortable, and well thought-out with lots of little touches that make it easy to use (e.g., plenty of towel hooks, power strips for charging devices, etc.). Communication with the host, Kevin, was pleasant and straightforward. We loved the stain glass window decorations too! Overall, a really fun and comfortable place to stay in Provincetown.

Cute place in a great loa action. Three adults were comfortably staying here. Parking in site was a big perk. Host offered early check in morning if since place was ready, which is always a nice gesture.

A delightful little home, just a quick walk away from all the fun of downtown Provincetown. The property was clean, cozy, quiet, and had everything that we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. The owner was great at communicating all the details of the property, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Provincetown getaway.
