About this house rental
A Historic Cape-style home centrally located, at the base of the Pilgrim Monument just 1 block from the central Pier. There are 4 spacious bedrooms all appointed with comfy linens and pillows. Newly renovated kitchen features granite counters, new cabinets, dishwasher and huge dining table for seating up to 10. Located on a quiet one-way street just steps off of Bradford Street in the center of town. First floor bath recently renovated with a new tub/shower combo, tiled floors and new fixtures. Second floor bath, also newly renovated offers a shower and new fixtures. Relax in the spacious living room that is complete with cable TV, wireless internet access, DVD, CD player and ample seating. There is a brick patio for entertaining and relaxing complete with a gas grill and patio furniture. There is a king size bedroom on the main floor. Off the second floor den there is a new deck with railing that was built in 2012.There is parking for 2 cars(tandem) in the private driveway of the home. Private laundry and air conditioning complete this one. Available by the week July and August and weekends throughout shoulder season. SORRY, PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE.
Centrally located: : The house is located on a block which is home to many Provincetown year-round locals – 1 ½ blocks to the Pier and the Lobster Pot about 2 blocks to town hall. It boasts an excellently landscaped front walk and hardwood flooring in the living room and bedrooms. The mudroom is perfect for storing rental bikes, beach gear or strollers during your stay.

The house was in a great location, just a short one-block walk and we were on Commercial St.The house was furnished in a way that felt very comfortable and relaxing. We always know it’s great when our teenage granddaughter gives her stamp of approval; which she did on day one. The hosts were really great. They made sure we had amenities to make or stay memorable. For example, we did not need to pack beach towels which saved us from taking another suitcase.We could tell that the hosts love the house and we are grateful that they shared it with us.We would love to be repeat guests.

Great house and great hosts! The location is just off Bradford and easy to get to all of the best spots in Ptown. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Our group of 7 loved staying at this beautiful house and its central location to all we did in Provincetown! The house provided great comfort, charm, and many home necessities luxuries! The Owner, Patrick is by far one of the best hosts I've interacted with. He provided great communication, customization, and a wonderful experience! Easy and straight forward rules to abide by. I highly recommend!
