Das Apartment Nr. 8 ist wegen des Gestanks im Bad für nachfolgende Gäste unzumutbar!

Die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und die Apartmentanlage (der Garten).

Der Check-In Prozess verlief nur über Emails bzw. Whatsapp. Es gab keinerlei Einweiung in den Betrieb des Apartments, z.B. Hinweise zur Mülltrennung, Zwischenreinigung, Wäschewechsel etc. Ein Abfalleimer existierte unter der Spüle (dabei ist Mülltrennung ein Gesetz, das in ganz Europa gilt!) Auf Nachfrage bei der vermutlich KI gestützten Lightbooking Betreuung schrieb man uns zur Müllsortierung und Müllentsorgung: "das erledigt die Toilette". Die Rohrleitungen in Küche und Bad ansatzweise verstopft und gaben einen bestialischen Gestank im Badezimmer ab. Nachdem wir diesen Umstand monierten, wurde der Hausmeister vorbei geschickt, der (sehr freundllich und motiviert) versuchte, das Problem mit einer neuen Dichtungsscheibe und mit Chemie zu lösen, leider nicht mit dauerhaften Erfolg. Am nächsten Tag kam ein anderer Hausmeister noch einmal vorbei mit einem Arm voll von Chemieflaschen, deren Einsatz wir dann aber in unserer Anwesenheit nicht zuließen. Schließlich müssen wir die Wohnung weiterhin bewohnen. Danach haben wir uns selber an die Arbeit gemacht und mit (zuvor eingekauften) Lappen die Ausgüsse in der Dusche und am Waschbecken zu versiegeln - mit mäßigem Erfolg. Eine ausreichende Belüftung im Bad existiert nämlich nicht, ein Fenster ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein verstaubter Lüftungsschacht, der völlig unzureichend ist. Witterungsabhängig zieht manchmal zwar etwas Luft aus dem Bad ab oder aber wird auch Luft in das Bad gedrückt. Außer den Hausmeistern gab es keine offiziel autorisierte natürliche Person (Mensch), die uns in unserer Situation helfen konnte order wollte. Auch die mehrfache Bitte um einen Apartmentwechsel wurde nicht erfüllt. Außerdem wurden wir von niemanden aufgeklärt, ob und wann Handtuchwechsel, Müllentsorgung, Bettwäschewechsel durchgeführt wird. Eine sehr freundliche Frau (Reinigungskraft) stand eines morgens vor der Tür. Am Vortag hatten wir selbst Toilettenpapier Müllbeutel und Waschpulver z.B.
