We really liked this little house, and we liked the residential area it's in. It was great having our cat with us. It's small, but stocked with what you need. Never met the owner, but the instructions for finding the location were clear and easy to follow, and they responded pretty promptly to any message we sent them. We weren't sure how to use the big (gas powered?) AC upstairs, so we just used the regular electric one and it was strong enough to keep the whole area cool as long as the door to the stairs was kept somewhat closed.
I think especially the bathroom could have been a little cleaner when we got in. There were quite a few dead bugs along the window, as though no one had been in there in several days. It would also be nice, when the booking is for 3 people, to have 3 beds made up. The only bed ready was upstairs, and we had to go hunting through cupboards to find bedding for the other two people. There WAS bedding though! It's just the mattresses and pillows and blankets are in a cupboard upstairs, and the bed linens and towels are in a separate closet downstairs (in the living room).

We went in July when it was very hot. The property is well located, 10min walk to the metro. Very clean, all equipment is fonctional, and the three AC really help with the heat. The beds are also comfortable and the staff answered quickly and was lovely.
The only small thing is that a mirror in the bathroom could be a good addition. But apart from that, everything is perfect.

Host was very kind and responds fast. Clean home and very cozy. Had everything we needed, and walking distance from transportation, food, and shopping.

This cozy traditional 2-story style Japanese home was very well kept, clean, and had everything my wife and I needed for our month-long stay. The location is within walking distance from shopping, food, and transportation. There were many extra towels, bedding, and cleaning supplies to accommodate our long stay. The home is adjacent to a school, so school bells and kids are playing during the weekdays, but my wife and I did not mind the noise. The host was very kind, professional, and quick to respond. He even provided recommendations for places to go when I asked.
I cannot think of anything negative to say about this stay. The stairs are very steep, which surprised me, and it was difficult to use them because I had an injured knee at the time, but I believe this is common in these homes. It is just something to be aware of.
