O tamanho dos quartos e dos banheiros, wi-fi, tamanho da sala , área gourmet e garagem pra dois carros.

Não poder usar dois chuveiros ao mesmo tempo que desliga o disjuntor geral, só dá pra uma pessoa usar a cozinha, tive que limpar os dois chuveiros de cima pois estava entupido , cama estava meio dura e o corrimão na parte de cima não tinha firmeza.

Péssima, a água da casa vem de um poço imundo e com baratas

Localização

Casa possui água que vem de um poço, porém o poço é insalubre, água imunda e cheio de baratas, os dia que ficando na casa tomamos banho com a água podre que vinha dele, só descobrimos quando a água acabou faltando 2 dias para o fim da estadia, abrimos para ver o nível da água e o motivo de não ter água nas torneiras, e nos deparamos com uma água amarela, cheia de suja e baratas. Ligamos para a dona da casa questionando a falta de água, e ela não atendeu e nem respondeu nem ao WhatsApp nem ao chat do booking. Por falta de água preferimos ir embora, pois estávamos em 7 pessoas, sendo 2 crianças. Q tratativa via WhatsApp veio quase 10 horas depois e a mesma responde que a falta de água é culpa nossa, que gastamos mais água que deveria. ( visivelmente o poço parece que é abastecido por caminhão de água, a água que constava no mesmo não daria para os dias da estadia.. tanto que no anúncio tem uma banheira na casa e a mesma no dia de entrega da chave disse nas seguintes palavras : “ não enche a banheira, porque se encher vocês ficaram sem água” - depois do ocorrido (falta de água) percebemos que ela tinha consciência que a água era contada, com base nesse comentário) Por fim ela nos ofendeu, e foi extremamente grossa nas mensagens do WhatsApp, sempre nos culpando pela falta de água.
