Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht den Erwartungen und ich würde sie nicht weiterempfehlen.
Positiv zu erwähnen ist vor allem die Verkehrsanbindung. Die Unterkunft liegt zwar nicht im Stadtzentrum, ist aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Zwei verschiedene Metrostationen sind in etwa fünf bis sieben Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, außerdem fährt eine Buslinie in der Nähe direkt ins Zentrum. Auch einige Supermärkte und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert, da der Zugang über ein digitales Codesystem erfolgte und keine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe notwendig war.
Das waren für uns die einzigen nennenswerten Pluspunkte. Ansonsten entsprach die Unterkunft leider nicht unseren Erwartungen und wir würden sie nicht erneut buchen.
Die Unterkunft war preislich in Ordnung, deshalb haben wir sie gebucht. Leider entsprach der tatsächliche Zustand jedoch nicht den Fotos, die deutlich vorteilhafter wirken.
Was uns besonders gestört hat, war die Aufteilung der Wohnung. Es gibt einen zentralen Bereich, von dem aus man entweder in den Keller zu einem Schlafzimmer oder nach oben zu zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern gelangt. Die gesamte Wohnung riecht nach Schimmel, im Keller ist der Geruch besonders stark und kaum auszuhalten. In den oberen Zimmern ist er etwas weniger intensiv, aber dennoch deutlich wahrnehmbar. Für Allergiker würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer im oberen Bereich haben nur sehr kleine Fenster, die sich kaum zum Lüften eignen. Ende Juni war es in Madrid sehr heiß. Es gibt jedoch nur eine Klimaanlage im zentralen Wohnbereich, deren Kühlleistung die oberen Schlafzimmer kaum erreicht. Deshalb muss die Klimaanlage praktisch den ganzen Tag laufen, damit die Zimmer einigermaßen kühl bleiben.
Ein weiterer Minuspunkt sind die sehr steilen und hohen Treppen. Besonders nachts, wenn man von den oberen Schlafzimmern zur Toilette im mittleren Bereich gehen muss, besteht ein erhöhtes Unfallrisiko.
Auch die Sauberkeit war nur grenzwertig. Es lagen viele Haare herum, und es war insgesamt ziemlich staubig. Die Küche ist zwar grundsätzlich nutzbar, aber nur teilweise ausgestattet – es fehlen einige wichtige Küchenutensilien und Geschirr.
Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zwar einigermaßen, aber die Unterkunft wirkt in Wirklichkeit deutlich schlechter als auf den Bildern.
