Staff, building, location. Car park good, but needed signage on approach from lower village road and beside The Bear.
Towel rail wasn't heated, nor radiator, although free standing heaters worked. Window closure needs a little attention. The rug may be slight trip hazard...we rolled it out of the way after I caught my feet in it, floor beneath was all fine.

The history and character of the building are very impressive but the characters inside the building are even more impressive.
The narrow roads my Sat Nav sent me down. Don't go via Sapperton !!!
