Breakfast spread was good👍

The location was definitely the highlight of our stay. It’s within walking distance of the beach and surrounded by some of the best cafés, bars, and clubs in Anjuna/Vagator, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The staff were warm, polite, and always willing to help with any requests. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a great atmosphere.
The housekeeping could definitely be improved. While the room was generally comfortable, the cleaning standards were inconsistent and could have been more thorough. Better attention to detail during daily housekeeping would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Breakfast was amazing

* Good Breakfast: The breakfast was good, and we appreciated the variety and quality.
* Excellent Hospitality: Special thanks to Miss Rachana, who kindly helped us get coffee and was attentive to guests’ needs, ensuring everyone had what they needed during breakfast. Her thoughtful gestures and warm hospitality were truly appreciated.
* Good Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the beach.
* Peaceful Surroundings: Despite the convenient location, the surroundings were quite peaceful.
* Cleanliness Issues: Although the room was spacious, the floor was dusty, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing.
* Room Different from Booking: The room seemed different from what we had booked through Booking.com, leaving us with the impression that we had been given one of the least-maintained rooms in the hotel.
* No Mirror in the Room: There was no mirror in the room apart from the one in the bathroom. It is quite inconvenient for guests to get ready without a mirror in the main room.
* Washbasin Pipe Leakage: The next morning, dirty water started leaking from the washbasin pipe, leaving the floor dirty. Although the hotel sent someone to repair it, the experience was unpleasant and unhygienic.
