Terribile esperienza
Sono cliente Genius di 2 livello e per la prima volta mi trovo costretta a lasciare una recensione negativa, sono rimasta delusa da una struttura che vanta al momento della prenotazione un punteggio di 9.3 ma che non rispecchia il valore assegnato.
La struttura non risulta assolutamente conforme alle informazioni e agli standard descritti sul sito.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato numerose problematiche, che elenco di seguito:
- intero appartamento freddo, con riscaldamento non acceso e assenza di condizioni adeguate di comfort.
- Salviette in bagno sporche
- in bagno e nella doccia presenti saponette già utilizzate da altri
- Lavatrice contenente bucato non nostro
- Frigorifero pieno di alimenti e bevande già aperti e parzialmente consumati, probabilmente lasciati da precedenti ospiti.
- Disordine generale nell’appartamento, per esempio nella zona giorno, erano presenti sul tavolo coperte e cuscini
- Presenza di oggetti non nostri (fazzoletti, scarpe e altri effetti personali)
- Finestra della camera da letto non apribile, con un cartello che invita a non aprirla, presumibilmente perché rotta, rendendo impossibile l’areazione della stanza.
- In cucina era presente un asciuga piatti visibilmente già utilizzato
-lavastoviglie non svuotata dopo l’utilizzo
- Inoltre, segnaliamo che la struttura non ha
- nel bollitore presente acqua sempre rimasta lì da altri ospiti
