First and foremost, the service was absolutely outstanding — truly exceptional and unlike anything we have experienced at most places we have stayed.
The team provided a genuinely personal level of care that went far beyond our expectations. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and always available — before our arrival, throughout our stay, at any hour we needed assistance, and even after our departure.
One particular example says it all: we had a misunderstanding about something in the apartment (which was entirely our mistake), and a member of the team actually stopped on his way home in the evening to patiently explain everything to us. He handled the situation with incredible kindness, patience, and genuine care. This is the kind of hospitality that makes a lasting impression.
The apartment itself was beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, thoughtfully designed, and very well equipped. Everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and carefully considered. I could honestly imagine living there for an entire month and feeling completely at home.
The location was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We stayed as a family with our children, and every single one of us loved the experience.
I genuinely hope HILO Collection expands to other European destinations, because I would be delighted to stay at their properties again.
Without question, one of the finest accommodation experiences we have ever had. A truly wonderful place, made exceptional by its people.
Absolutely nothing. Everything was excellent, from the apartment and its location to the extraordinary level of service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Quiet and within a nice neighborhood.
Elevator was tiny (2 people max with no luggage)! Also the key pick up was 300 meters away!

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung in fantastischer Lage.
