It was a nightmare experience
The host disappeared on me on the day of my arrival, this create not small problem in a small town in high season. He shouldn’t be allowed to rent his flat through booking.com any longer

FRAUDE EN TODA REGLA
ASUNTO: Reclamación formal por establecimiento inexistente, fraude y solicitud de reembolso íntegro de la reserva
Por medio de la presente, deseo formular una queja y reclamación formal en relación con la reserva efectuada para el periodo comprendido entre el viernes 21 de agosto y el domingo 23 de agosto de 2026, correspondiente al presente fin de semana.
Tras efectuar la correspondiente reserva y desplazarnos al establecimiento en la fecha prevista, nos encontramos con una situación absolutamente inesperada y de extrema gravedad: no había ninguna persona en el lugar para recibirnos y, tras realizar las comprobaciones oportunas, constatamos que el supuesto establecimiento o apartamento objeto de la reserva no existía como tal.
En consecuencia, considero que nos encontramos ante una situación que excede ampliamente de un mero inconveniente derivado de una reserva. La inexistencia material del alojamiento contratado plantea serias dudas acerca de la legitimidad de la oferta, de la veracidad de la información publicada y de la propia operación de reserva. Resulta especialmente preocupante que un alojamiento aparentemente inexistente pueda ser anunciado, ofertado y reservado a través de una plataforma que, hasta este momento, había considerado fiable, segura y de referencia, y que he utilizado durante un periodo prolongado de tiempo.
La situación nos ha ocasionado un grave perjuicio económico, logístico y personal, además de alterar por completo los planes previstos para este fin de semana. Lo que debía constituir una estancia vacacional previamente organizada se ha convertido en una situación de absoluta incertidumbre, al encontrarnos en el lugar de destino sin el alojamiento que habíamos contratado y por el que habíamos abonado una cantidad determinada.
Tengo denuncia en la policía portuguesa y testigo de un vecino que ya hemos sido los quinto estafados.
El apartamento sigue dando reservas en distintas fechas, creo que hay que tomar medidas
ME PARECE INCREÍBLE QUE ME HAYA PASADO ESTO EN BOOKING CON LA SEGUIRIDAD QUE SIEMPRE TIENE Y ADEMÁS DEBEN DE TENER UN REGISTRO TURISTICO.
Exijo mi reembolso y una explicación y además todo esto lo hago también para que nadie salga más perjudicado y sus vacaciones no se conviertan ficticias y se tengan que volver a su casa sin haberlas disfrutado.
Esta persona que juega con el dinero ajeno debe de tener su consecuencias y entiendo que se puede localizar sus datos.

Fraude
Nada, porque ninguém no edifício conhecia apartamento para alugar no edifício. Tive de procurar alojamento alternativo, o que causou dificuldades. Por este facto vou apresentar queixa no Booking, para reaver os 72,88€.
Tenho fotografias do local e áudio do telefone do vendedor que não estava atribuído.
A reserva foi uma fraude. A morada estava incompleta, sem numero de andar e sem instruções de entrada.
O contacto ao vendedor está sem numero atribuído. Após varias tentativas de contacto não foi possível entrar em contacto.
Não usufrui do alojamento. Pretendo reembolso.
