Séjour très agréable
La maison est très calme, agréable et tout est prévu pour notre confort. Il y a une vue magnifique sur le lac.

Le lac de paladru
Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée ni de sortie. Pas d'inventaire.
Affaires personnelles du propriétaire stockée dans la location.
Vider le frigo en arrivant avant de l'utiliser.
Ranger les affaires du proprio en arrivant.
Produits d'entretien dont javel à la portée des enfants.
2eme frigo non nettoyé. moisissure à l'intérieur. Odeur immonde.
.Maintenance pas faite. Luminaire et trappe au dessus de la cuisinière.
Problème de voisinage signalé après mon arrivée.
Je cite "Vous avez le droit de traverser une fois, mais pas de vous y attarder.
Si vous laissez une serviette, un ballon ou un slip de bain… considérez que vous avez déclenché l’apocalypse territoriale"

Fête jusqu'à 2H du matin.
Le terrain devant la porte d'entrée appartient au voisin qui sert de parking à ses 2 voitures et à son charriot à Paddle.
Droit de passage uniquement pour rejoindre votre location. Passage limité à 80 cm de largeur par les véhiculés.
Le salon se chauffe avec un poêle à pellet. Les pellets ne sont pas fournis.
SmartTV mais pas de TNT.

"Oui, il y a une machine à laver. Non, ce n’est pas une laverie automatique.
👉 Apporter une valise de linge sale pour "profiter" dès le premier jour, c’est non. Vous êtes en vacances, pas en mission lessive.
Un usage raisonnable de la machine est évidemment possible — mais pitié, pas de mode industriel. Pensez à ceux qui vous accueillent (et à la planète aussi, au passage)."

👉 Si vous savez sortir, vous savez aussi ranger (on y croit !).
