Horrible
If you want to walk on eggshells around the landlords, very rude , the whole family that owns the property is very rude , they’ll take main floor remote away , basically treating tenants like kids. If you don’t mind being isolated in the room this is the place for you

You get what you pay for, some expected things in shared places.
I like that the property manager is attentive to your needs and are friendly.
This is not a smoke-free property. Everyone here smokes. But most will smoke outside (close to windows and doors). My particular room in the basement had a couple who smoked in the basement, I brought the problem to the property manager (owner) she gave the couple a warning and it seemed to have stopped for a week but they started smoking again I told the manager again she said she threatened to kick out the couple if they smoked again, the couple smoked for a third time and now the property manager says "well the other guests dont smell anything" the problem needed to be resolved so reluctantly she gave me a room upstairs. You will hear lots of noise throughout the night, doorbells ringing, things dropping, talking loudly next to your room, but that is just guests who are not considerate of other guests or someone came very late to their room and had to ring the bell. The lock on the front door does not work, so the managers solution is just to leave it unlocked. All of the beds are quite worn out, so I was sore sleeping in them, but I didn't complain because I knew with the cheap price that I wasn't getting the best. Keep in mind that the $40 cleaning fee is just to arrive in a clean room. The guest must clean dishes, appliances after use, and on and under tables after use, A helpful tip is to bring your own laundry soap, your own T.P., your own spoons, and your own Can opener (the one they have in the kitchen is cheap and terrible to use) The manager staff seems to only clean either once a week or when a guest is coming, but other then that be ready to see mystery hairs around the sink, spit on mirrors, and scrubbing the toilet once in a while if you want to see it clean but if you stay for 1 night you should have everything fresh and nice but since I stayed for a month I could see it gets a bit dirty.
