Ai and Tu were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out and even offered us a room to rest in before our night bus to Ho Chi Minh City. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and hospitality!
The garden was stunning and very well maintained, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. Free tea and coffee were also available, which was a nice touch. Although the room was small, it was comfortable enough for our two-night stay, and we both slept well. The weather was cool at night in October, so we didn't even need to use the fan despite there being no air conditioning.
Tu also offered motorcycle rentals at a great price, which made getting around much easier despite the location being a little less convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed the warm hospitality, beautiful garden, and good value for money.
The property was undergoing expansion during our stay, and construction noise started around 7:30 AM, which was not ideal for those hoping to sleep in. The overall cleanliness could also be improved, as the fan was quite dusty and the bathroom tiles could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower could be better.

Great views, beautiful garden setting, well equipped shared kitchen and wonderful kind hosts.
Would be best to have a car or scooter to get around. Walking distance to grocery and some restaurants and coffee shops but pretty far from any main attractions in Da Lat.

We had a really great stay at September Garden Homestay and would definitely recommend it!
The owner was very friendly and helpful. The common areas are great and the location is beautiful and peaceful. We also rented scooters from the homestay at a really good price for one day, and the owner kindly let us keep them for two days without any extra charge.
We really liked the flexibility as well — you can come and go whenever you want, and they give you your own key for the entrance. The beds were clean and comfortable, and one morning the owner even made us coffee, which was such a nice touch!
The only small downside was that the bathroom/shower wasn't ideal, but honestly, it wasn't a big problem for us.

Location de scooter sur place très pratique
Le logement est proche du centre ville (environ 15min en Grab) et il y a des restaurants à proximité
Un peu bruyant (nous étions à côté du parking)
Il n’y a pas de volet ou de rideaux occultants donc plein jour dans la chambre dès le levé du soleil
