Tolle Lage, ansprechend eingerichtet, sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, alles da was man für ein paar Tage braucht.

The apartment was clean. Nice neighbourhood right next door to a major grocery store which was convenient. Bit of walk to see the major attractions such as the Riberia District but dooable. Close to a fantastic market. Although based on a busy road you can't hear the noise from the apartment with the airconditioning on.
The access code to the building didn't work when we arrived and the host had to come out to let us in. She wasn't happy about having to do it. The code locked us out on a second night and we had to ring the property host again as the couple before us had difficulty getting in and had locked the code. It also happened to a third couple that were staying in the property who came home late at night and had to be let into the building by another tenant.

Непогана квартира, але... почну з гарного: відмінне розташування, через 1 дім великий гарний супермаркет з місцевими продуктами, 20 хв від станції метро, 2 зупинки від залізничного вокзалу. Непоганий ремонт, зручні ліжка. Гарне опалення, центральний кондиціонер працює на опалення та дуже швидко нагрів квартиру.
Що несподобалось. 1. поверхневе відношення хозяйки, чи менеджера квартири. В нас був ранній приліт, погода в цей день була жахливою: штормовий вітер та дощ, ми просили раннє заселення, але нам вперто відмовляли, посилаючись, що квартира зайнята. Але коли ми о 16.00 (так 16.00, це моє перше таке пізьне заселення, думаю скоро буде 20.00) заїхали в квартиру в ній тхнуло старим запахом каналізації, ні про яке свіже прибирання не йшлося. 2. Дешевий чайник на кухні, який ви будете тримати руками, щоб він працював. 3. Вода в душі не стікає, ви купаєтесь по кісточкі в воді. 4. Дуже вузькі гвинтові сходи на 3 поверх. 5. Дуже жвавий рух на вулиці, відповідно при відкритих вікнах дуже шумно. Думаю влітку це буде проблема.
