The property's location is great; everything inside is modern and new. Washing machine, dishwasher, huge shower and comfortable bed. Property manager was easy to reach on Whatsapp.
property could do with more plates and cutlery as its a bit inpractical to run dishwasher every time you eat. There was no single tee spoon too. No beach towels. 15£ parking per day maybe ok durring the summer months when parking is difficult to find, but we stayed mid to end of October and if it was something like 10 euros a day, we would have used it.
we stayed 12 days and there was no bedding to change... We got some extra towels only after asking for it.

Die Größe der Wohnung, teilweise die Lage ( Nähe zum Wasser/ Stadt)
Hellhörigkeit ( innen wie außen, auch von der Straße), das Gebäude ist sehr nah zu dem anderen Hotel ( keine Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon möglich), das E-Herd ist sehr lahm ( zum Aufkochen benötigt man sehr viel Zeit), zu wenig Geschirr/ Töpfe/ Küchenutensilien usw., mit dem Auto war schwierig an das Gebäude ranzufahren ( eher unmöglich, außer die Tiefgarage, die für 15€ pro Tag kostet), man bekommt nur einen einzigen Schlüssel ausgehändigt ( es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeit für weitere Personen, falls man unterwegs ist und auf den Schlüssel angewiesen ist)

Prachtig, ruim en gloednieuw appartement met een fijn balkon. Alles was netjes en modern ingericht. We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf en raden dit appartement zeker aan!
Het beddengoed was wat aan de kleine kant en erg dun. Daarnaast zouden enkele basisvoorzieningen, zoals peper, zout, suiker, afwasmiddel en vaatwastabletten, een fijne aanvulling zijn. Dit zou het verblijf nog comfortabeler maken.

The apartment is spacious, very well located in Budva, and has a beautiful swimming pool, which is a real highlight.
However, several aspects could be improved, particularly when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. We found hair on the beds and pillows. One of the pillows was clearly not properly cleaned and had a strong smell of sweat; we had to ask for it to be replaced.
We also encountered several technical issues: the bathroom sink gets clogged as soon as the tap is turned on, the bathroom door does not close properly, and the hot water only works intermittently, despite using the designated button.
Finally, we were asked to take out our own rubbish, which was quite surprising given the level of cleanliness we found upon arrival.
Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential thanks to its location, spaciousness, and swimming pool. However, the cleanliness, maintenance, and some of the facilities really need to be improved for the overall experience to live up to its potential.
Finally, a small welcoming gesture upon arrival, such as a bottle of cold water for guests, would be greatly appreciated, especially in a hot country after a long journey. It would be a simple and thoughtful touch to help guests start their stay on a positive note.
