The staff was over the top helpful and informative. The property itself is a piece of history. The water pressure in the shower is great. Don’t miss out on the upstairs restaurant.
We weren’t fans of the pillows, but there is a pillow menu. So if you don’t like your pillow order a different one.

Sebahattin, Metehan, and Onur were terrific. They made us feel like we had a second home in Istanbul. They found us a terrific guide and even went out of their way to find me a cord to charge my apple watch. My wife and I have traveled all over the world and we have never gotten better service at any hotel ever. Every staff member was outstanding and the style of the hotel is beautiful. It reminded of us of how we felt years ago walking into a hotel designed by Philip Stark.
Nothing. Every detail was perfect. The breakfasts were great. The restaurant ontop of the building served excellent food and had a great view. Particularly of the Blue Mosque.
