¡Perfecto!

Susana's apartment is centrally located right behind Cuenca Cathedral. It has been newly renovated, very comfortable, and quiet at night. Susana welcomed us in person and explained in detail how to use all the facilities in the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment, which is very convenient for visiting all the attractions in Cuenca.

Stunning location and views, but don't expect a hot shower.

This apartment is visually stunning and newly renovated. It is located right across the square from the cathedral, which provided an incredible backdrop for my return to Ubeda. I even managed to score a parking spot right in front, which felt like winning the lottery in this part of town. The check-in was seamless with a code, and the apartment itself is definitely "Instagram-ready"—very clean and modern. The bed was comfy, too.

However, the experience was completely soured by the hot water situation. After a three-hour drive from Seville, I just wanted a hot shower, but the water went cold in less than five minutes. When I contacted the owner, I got the typical dismissive response: "Everything is brand new, nobody else has complained." He sent a technician to "turn up the heat," but it barely made a difference. I actually timed my next shower: at 5 minutes, the water started cooling down, and by 7 minutes—even with the handle turned all the way to hot—it was stone cold. When I reported this again, I was met with more of the same excuses. It’s a shame because the apartment is gorgeous, but a "luxury" stay shouldn't require you to race against a 5-minute clock just to rinse off. If you value a hot shower after a long day of travel, I hope you don't have my experience.

No volveremos
