Air conditioning was great. It was clean. And calm

It was a cozy place - one big bed and bathroom and huge closets. BUT - great full sticked kitchen on its own floor.
Absolutely great for the price!

Secure, mostly quiet (there is a large soccer stadium nearby- a plus if you like soccer) and a very helpful woman who handled the door codes when AI didn't.
Kitchen space looked well equipped, but didn't use. Another guest left pans from cooking dinner on the stove overnight.
It was still much more accommodating and comfortable than I had expected and I won't hesitate to stay there again.
