Loved the location. Also was very quiet and safe. We had enough space. Liked having washer and dryer. Easy checkin.
It was humid in the apartment. Air conditioners were ok, bur not sufficient to cool. Especially the main room. Also, there were some ants in the main room against the wall.checking. no soap in bathroom and no extra trash bags.

The location was perfect, couldnt be better. Our host Lorenzo was exceptional. He met us upon arrival with the keys, helped take our luggage up to the apartment. Gave us helpful pointers. Responded to texts promptly. Upon checkout he came to help us with our luggage, get the keys & say our goodbyes. The location was perfect. Grocery store across the street, gelato store next door, leather shop on the other side, restaurants within 30 seconds walk. Apt. Was clean, huge & comfortable. Was quiet. About a 1 minute walk to the Pantheon, 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain & all the tourist sites within 30 minute walk any direction.

I am leaving 5 stars because the photos are the same as the actual apartment, as well as the amazing location.
Firstly we had to wait almost 2 hours for someone to come open the apartment for us, even though we had spoken with the host that we will be there at 5:30-6pm. I understand sometimes there are out of control situations, but the communication can be much improved for the future.
Secondly - the Wi-Fi was weak, especially in the second bedroom- could think for an additional device for better signal.
Third and last - In our second and last night, someone entered the apartment at 6am. Even though I texted the host about the situation, and he explained to me that it was a mistake and he wrote to the cleaning crew that the apartment was empty, it still made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
Could be our lack of luck, but those situations did not help us enjoy the city and can be improved for future guests, as the apartment and the locations are very good.
