Very bad customer service and lazy management skills. Made our stay unpleasant and uncomfortable.
Spacious and riverside walk close by.
This apartment experience was very frustrating and difficult from the beginning. Lock box for the keys are located on another street, felt like we were going on a treasure hunt. No pictures were given only vague directions and descriptions. We had to leave our baggage in the street to go look for the keys! The apartment itself is presented very well. However when we came to use the washing machine the detergent drawer was unclean and filled with mold. Had to wash it myself. Was horrified to find a dirty wash sponge filled with human white hairs. There was no coffee or tea provided as stated. Waited for three days only after complaining to Booking.com. Owner ignored our requests and took his time to respond. Our en-suite shower was blocked. Communicated this and nothing was done again until I made a 2nd complaint to Booking.com. In the end we had to buy some liquid to unblock the shower. Then we found the property had no heating as the boiler was not functioning properly, an error code was displayed. Owner said he knew about this months earlier yet did nothing to ensure it was sorted before our arrival. Instead we got hassled to when we would be available at the property to have it fixed. Being on holiday, your time is limited and busy. Then his excuse for not responding after days of no communication was because he couldn’t find anyone to fix the issues.
The views from our windows were only of walls and blocks of flats. Felt like we were looking out of a prison from the front and in the back a business parking lot.
Helicopter pad nearby so helicopters flying by constantly.
Really strong garbage odor in lift and stairwell.
Stained toilets were disgusting.
Front door mat was filled with hairs - a wonderful welcoming.
There was very, very small amount of amenities for our eleven days stay, it was laughable. The owner might as well save the trouble!
