The little apartment was really nicely appointed, very clean with great comfy bed. It is dog friendly, which is great, however the external stairs up to the apartment are metal and the stair treads are widely spaced. This means it is not suitable for a dog to walk up. I carried my little Westie dog up and down the stairs. If you have a larger dog beware, because this might be an issue, if you can't carry your dog. I really don't think any dog could manage these stairs. However, the apartment was really lovely.
This is not a problem or complaint, just to advise, that there is a hundred pound, refundable deposit for pet stays, providing no damage occurs to property. This is totally fine and it was easy to arrange and I got my money back very promptly, because my dog is as good as gold ! But I do understand the need for this, as some pet owners may not be so considerate.

Perfect location. Right in the town centre. Had everything you need for a holiday. Lovely little home from home.
Lot of road noise during the day, but only to be expected in the City. It was quiet at night

Everything was very clean and almost everything was good quality
Shower pressure was not great and the pull out sofa bed was terrible. The mattress was way too thin and was smaller than the frame so we kept accidentally kicking the springs and metal frame
